How it works

01 — Discuss
Think it through
Bring Brain a decision, a problem, or something nagging you. Pricing, hiring, competitive moves, pivots, what to cut — Brain listens, asks the right questions, and gives you an actual recommendation. Not a list of considerations.
02 — Plan
Build the strategy
Upload a file, paste data, or describe where you are. Brain extracts the context, finds the gaps, and builds specific priorities — each with the financial logic behind it. The starting point for a real operating plan.
03 — Write
Document it
Board memos, investor docs, strategic briefs, executive emails — written the way Amazon trains its leaders. Every claim backed by a number. No filler. Download as Word and send.

Brain
What's the most important problem you're working on right now?
We're thinking about moving into enterprise but I'm not sure we're ready. Revenue is $3.2M, mostly SMB, 94% retention.
Brain
At $3.2M with 94% retention you have a strong foundation — the question isn't whether you're ready, it's whether the enterprise opportunity is real enough to justify the distraction. One question before I give you a direction: what's pulling you toward enterprise — a few inbound inquiries, or a deliberate strategic bet?
Mostly inbound. Five or six enterprise deals came in last quarter without us doing any real outbound.
Brain
That changes the answer significantly. Five or six inbound enterprise deals without outbound is the market pulling you — that's a different situation than chasing a strategy. The risk isn't readiness, it's building a sales motion before you understand why they're coming. Before you hire an enterprise AE or change your product roadmap, map those six deals: what do they share, what triggered them, where did things stall or close. That becomes your ICP and your enterprise playbook. What do you know so far about what drove the inbound?
